I can hardly believe that I neglected posting last weeks motivational quote. However that won’t be the case this time. One of the reasons I want to create this post, is so that this thought can stick with you (and me) all week. There are so many times that life throws punches our way. From my own personal experience, a good motivational quote is an excellent reminder to stay grounded.
If you are looking for some more inspiration to help you get through the week, be sure to check out my post Best Inspirational Podcast on iTunes. This post contains a list of some of the best podcasts that will help you to get, and keep your mind right.
Another great post you can read to feed your soul is 6 Benefits of Using Affirmations. Believe it or not we have the power over changing our lives. It is important that you not only believe that, but you also feel that as well. Affirmations is a great practice to use to help instill that believe system in you. If you’re not sure how to get started then my post Affirmations to Get Started is the best place to begin.
This week, I think we should focus on learning from our moments of defeat. Instead of feeling sorry about it or letting negativity take hold of you. If you find yourself reflecting on a low point in your life this week, ask yourself the following questions instead:
What can I learn from this?
What can I do better next time?
What is ONE good thing that I can find about this situation that I can focus on instead?
as a bonus- Motivational watch
As an added bonus, I will also leave this short but powerful motivational video. This video contains clips of some of the best advice from some of the most successful people.
I hope that it energizes your soul, as you move throughout this week! Feel free to leave your thoughts below in the comments!
